  • Be sure to sign for your purchase rather than use your PIN. Push Credit instead of Debit.

  • Redeem your points for great rewards at hillcrestbankredeem.comIt only takes 100 points to get a FREE REWARD. Or, bank your points for bigger, better rewards in the future!

As you use your card, you’ll earn one point for every $100 spent with a signature transaction!2 If you’ve linked your checking account(s) to your rewards account, points earned will be deposited directly into your hillcrestbankredeem.com account each month. Otherwise, we’ll mail points certificates for the points you accumulate each quarter in March, June, September and December. Please note:This program requires a separate login than the one you use for Online Banking.

A: To order a new debit card, please visit your local banking center.

Q: What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or I suspect fraudulent debit card transactions? 
A: During business hours please call our Client Services and Solutions team at 855.629.7618, or send us a secure message through Online Banking. After hours, call 855.629.7618 and select “Option 7” to speak with Client Support.
